You
will be definitely known as a successful person when you accomplish most of your endeavors with perfection. During the
phase of maximizing your achievement, you will face many constraints and you
will be submerged with conflicts. Now, if you fail to resolve those conflicts,
which often smothers you, your rate of success will be less glorified. And,
unless you increase your ability to solve or avoid all sorts of conflicts and
contradictions to the extent possible, your leadership role will not be
acknowledged. When you are able to achieve this expertise, you get a feeling of
contentment of living an ideal life. You will understand the meaning and
purpose of life. Once you know how to cross the barriers of various conflicts, you
will be at peace most of the time and people will need you for guidelines
whenever they face similar types of problems. We mostly rely on external
accomplishments, for example name, fame, status, power of wealth, our friend
circles and our ability to commingle with the higher echelon of the society. We
are so much so bogged down with these pompous achievements that we forget to
relish the bliss of the natural sequence of our lives. We completely ignore our
feelings for others and we are not supportive and also not attentive to our
hurts, anxieties, intuition and inner turmoil, and needless to say that these
are the impediments, snatching the glittering power of living. In fact, these
factors, which we neglect erode the quality of life. We brag and holler of whooping artificial
achievement ignoring the real worth of life. These negative qualities act upon
on us like social virus and destroy us. We must be very careful to attend these
disorders. This is a part of our ignorance and foolishness to accept these
social viruses. We must observe our inner contradictions and take remedial
actions against those viruses so that peaceful
happenings occur more in our life. But we fail to increase the power of our
observations.
We
mostly desire to achieve those things, which we want and in this process, we
invite many unwanted conflicts and these conflicts cause and aggravate our pain
and sufferings. We lean into mental distress because of our inability to
resolve the said conflicts. What are those conflicts and contradictions? What
makes you think that those contradictions cannot be eradicated? When there is a
contradiction, there will be a struggle and this struggle makes you a
rebellion. In this rebellious state, you behave like a rude and become insolent
human being. It also creates bitterness
and you will be always in a spirit to fight or quarrel and you will be in the
vengeance mood to conquer others so as to defeat their wishes. This will be
termed as hostility. If you can avoid
this sequence, there will be an inner peace. The issue of conflict appears when
you find differences between “what is the real fact” and “what one wants to
accomplish.” This is the definition of conflict and in this conflict, friction
exists. We seldom study the issue of
“what is the real fact.” Since, one is so tied up with his progress of
achievement and so much so interested to snatch success, he is blind or
ignoring the ground reality. We are always in a hurry to achieve whatever we
dream for against the things we possess.
Hence, you are not able to maximize your achievement. It is not that
what one has, which makes a difference, but how one uses, what one has, is the crux of the real scenario of eruption of any
conflict.
To
cite an example how you watch various things in life, you must learn to observe
the breathing pattern when you inhale and exhale. If your observation is accurate, you will
find breathing is really a pattern of habit and it is really a joy. Without
this breathing, you are dead. You should introspect whether observing your
breathing provides you joy or not. The mind is so engrossed in “becoming” that
you forget to see the “being.” Observing
the breathing joyfully, your heart will be fully breathing, and this pattern of
breathing will then become a point of celebration. Since, we have taken breathing as granted; we
take it granted out of the illusive fact that it will always provide a joy. But
this is not the fact. The experience of
joy will arrive only on close observation. When you perform a physical exercise
with full attention, it will be like a meditation. When you carry out any exercise
attentively, you will feel that your action of exercise is your whole being in
the cosmos. To explain more, a fruit is a product of its tree. The tree
produces the fruits when it is nourished with water, sunlight, air, fertilizer
and medicine. The whole fact lies in the production of a particular fruit,
which is a harmonious effect of many activities. With this type of explanation,
if you do your exercise or any other work, you will be in communion with yourself. In this type of living, a separate
intellectual gate opens for you to decide more harmony.
Then, the life becomes a movement from one point to another point
with joy. It is a joy, because you get involved
with the movement of presence. At this
point, there will be no contradiction and conflict. To achieve your goals, there must be a charismatic plan and you must ensure
that there should not be any gap in between your goal and plan. Your desire to achieve a goal is perfectly all
right. Only thing, you need to increase mental ability to negate any conflict,
which may jeopardize your plan, but all these things are to be considered with
a sense of joy and deep involvement. When you think in this way, conflict is
eliminated. In this sphere of thoughts,
there will be no superfluous actions and contradictions. Of course, there is a
conflict of “now” when you do not get the things, which you hunch for. Then the
conflict erupts in the form of frustration, dejection, ill feelings and sorrow.
But if you are to able to increase your mental power, you will reduce the gravity of the conflicts or
eliminate the same and you will achieve your target. But unless you remove those conflicts, you will fail to enjoy
the life, your achievement and its beauties.
