Can you seek God in your all endeavors?
Can
you feel God in each and every state of affairs of your life? Most of us make a rat-tat to God’s door in
our distress. No sooner the sorrow disappears;
we almost forget His presence except a few minutes of spiritual rituals that
too sometimes in the midst of other works.
But there are people who always feel, visualize, consider and recognize
the presence of God in all their endeavors.
When we firmly say that you will overcome any hardship, we consider that
you do not have to do the same entirely on your own. For you see, God is with
you. You are bound to get big and extra
help from Him. Thus, you have the
advantage of courage, strength and inner force than any human being possesses.
Any problem when encountered in combination with God’s help will be in complete
harmony. This would be an ideal and
perfect matching.
But
how can you be sure that God is with you or near to you to extend help. We all know, God is there everywhere to help
each of us. He does not
discriminate. He does not produce any
junk. When you perform all evils, you do
not visualize His presence with you. How
to feel His presence? One method is to
practice God’s presence all the while.
Talk with Him in the mind. Try to
act like Him, put you all out efforts to ensure that God wants you to live a
proper moral and religious life.
Whenever possible, close your eyes for a few seconds and assure that God
is with you.
In
my professional environment, I come across various personalities. One of my bosom colleagues has a habit to
find fault with others every time. Once
he complained that he was overwhelmed by a problem and he was not able to find
any solution. Since, I know quite well
of his nature, any solution to his problem won’t find his satisfaction. His mind was completely hovered with dark
clouds because he was not at all eager to have the solution. I give him a simple suggestion to feel the
presence of God with him in all his endeavors, including the problem being
faced by him. Initially, he shows his reluctance to accede to my advice. But I persistently suggest him to do so; he accepts
my suggestion. Walking along the street,
he was to affirm that God actually walked with him. While eating, he supposed, to feel the
presence of God. When he drove the car,
he was to be accompanied by God by his side.
By making him to do so, I put a belief in him that in his problem, he is
not alone, God is with him. So, the
suggested action is to practice to feel the presence of God, whatever may be
the circumstances, be you are joyous or in the midst of some grief. This practical sensitization of faith, this objectifying
of belief, manifests itself in a logical argument that God is actually with you
because He is omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent and helping you all the
while, whether you need or not. He does
not want your signal. He does not want
anything from you, so why He will be interested to wait for your inkling to
help you. It is your soul through which
you have to visualize His presence, act with Him, and take His guidance to
overcome your impediments.
Try
this and discover the eternal truth of life.
